A large double table that can be split for a large group. Located in the living area and overlooking the gardens and pond.

With front sofas for the morning sun as well as a table & chairs. Large koi pond & garden space for group outdoor sunbathing!
BBQ Area
A new area located in the back garden with BBQ, fire pit, seating for the group and protected from the wind.

Our DJ area is in the sun room with a Tiki theme! Connect your phone to our system and mix your tracks with special affects!
Dog Friendly
Bring the whole family as well as up to 2 dogs. All you need to do is bring their bed, lead & food, they will have the best fun on the beach!

Complete with two washing machines and dryer, washing liquid and cleaning products, hoover & anything else you may need.

A large kitchen area with fridge/freezer/ice machine, microwave, oven, juicer, coffee machine & all accessories.
Welcome Box
On arrival find your complimentary bubbly and chocolates in our themed reception area. Our reception area also has umbrellas.
